Prompt Instructions to Create Formatted Documents

One great solutions hack is to leverage prompts inside our LLM apps to require the output to match a specific format (e.g. JSON, CSV, or HTML) and then use our utilities to build the files from the response output (or parse data to flow to different steps). In this way, you can get unstructured data to be structured the way you want and create files for your processes. For example, creating a formatted Source Risk Assessment or Translation Quality Report in HTML and converting that to a Word doc with a Blackbird Utility.

With our LLM apps, any system becomes your prompt window. So extract instructions from Jira or Phrase and send that along dynamically.
